Two mountain rescue veterans, a magnificent natural setting, and a team of heroes ready for a spectacular rescue mission, full of suspense.
'Mountain Heroes' is a show which explores the role of the rescuers. It aims to portray the intense levels of preparation, both psychologically and technologically, that one must undergo in order to be ready to risk their life for the sake of others. Two alpine search stations will be challenged to the extreme. Our two highly experienced veterans, renowned for their skills and knowledge, will be in charge of the creating, co-ordinating and overseeing of each teams tasks.
Each task is an exercise in operations, which calls for them to risk their lives, in a both savage and unique natural environment.

The Show:

Every episode features two veterans, both of whom thanks to their experience and understanding of modern search technologies, are able to plan and co-ordinate the specific rescue in each episode. Two different means of testing, both spectacular and risky, lay ahead for the alpine stations. The veterans follow and co-ordinate the operations. They begin with raising the emergency signal, which is followed by making contact with the injured victims and then dispatching suitable vehicles. Both teams, are able to prove both their virtue and heroism, in their race against time to save the life of their victim.
